Starting the day right

There are five inner impulses, the powerful factors that lead to stress, one of them is: “Please others”. With this exercise, you will create a mental shield that will bounce off the negative impact of the driver and eventually make the impact lose its powerful force. This way the effect of the permission sentence, which you put to the impostor, is strengthened here: “I can respect my needs and take them at least as important as those of others.” This allows you to get out of the “autopilot mode” over time and take the control back instead of being controlled by drivers.
